Frequently asked questions

Is iSpent really free?

Yes, you can install it for free and start exporting straight away. iSpent Pro is an optional one-time lifetime upgrade for advanced features like custom ranges, multi-format export, filters, and email delivery.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your purchase history is processed locally for normal exports. If you use Email My Statements, the exported file passes through our delivery service only long enough to send it, and we do not store it.

How far back does it go?

As far as Apple keeps your history — typically many years. You can pick a specific year or export everything at once.

Does it work with Safari or Firefox?

Chrome only for now. We're working on Safari and Firefox support.

What's included in the export?

Every transaction: date, app name, plan, price, type, and renewal info. Plus spending analysis — total spend, monthly trends, your most expensive apps, active subscriptions with estimated monthly costs.

Do I need to give iSpent my Apple ID password?

Absolutely not. You sign into Apple's own website directly. iSpent simply reads the data that's already displayed on the page.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. iSpent Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a recurring subscription.
